What is Lariday?
Lariday is a delicious gummy meant to replace your post gym protein shake while conquering your candy cravings! 15g of protein and 10g of fiber in a delicious treat!
Is Lariday truly vegan?
Yes! We use a high-quality Pectin base instead of animal-derived gelatin. This gives Lariday that gourmet, candy-store chew without any animal products.
Will these give me a "protein stomachache"?
Not at all. We intentionally formulated Lariday to be Gentle on the Gut. We use a specific blend of prebiotic fibers (Tapioca & FOS) and zero sugar alcohols (like Erythritol or Malitol) or heavy artificial sweeteners that commonly cause bloating and migraines.
How much protein is in each bag?
Each bag contains 15g of complete, plant-based protein. We use a blend of Fava and Canola protein to ensure you get a full amino acid profile for muscle recovery.
What makes the fiber "prebiotic"?
Our fiber comes from Tapioca and FOS (Fructooligosaccharides), which don’t just keep you full; they actually feed the good bacteria in your gut. It’s functional candy that works with your microbiome.
Do these taste "chalky" like a protein bar?
That was the #1 thing we wanted to fix. Because we use a specialized pectin formula and natural berry flavors, Lariday has the bright, clean taste of a premium gummy, with none of the dry, chalky aftertaste of traditional protein snacks.
Are there any artificial sweeteners?
No. Lariday is sweetened naturally. We wanted a clean label that you can feel good about eating every day, whether you’re training for a marathon or just need a 3 PM pick-me-up.
